I have always been fascinated by positive psychology which aims at getting people to their highest potential. However, one thing I have found to be a big block for many women to reach their highest potential is procrastination. Using my psychological knowledge, extensive research and analysis of my own and other’s procrastination behavior, I have acquired a wealth of experience to provide you with personalized guidance to help you reach your highest potential despite your tendency to procrastinate.

I coach women with a business soul-project they want to bring to life but realize that they are holding themselves back through procrastination and want to learn to overcome it and finally start their soul project and stay consistent on it until it’s brought to life and beyond.

My coachings are based on the three following theories:
Positive psychology: Our goal is not to shift from a negative to a normal state of mind - it’s to shift from a normal state of mind to your highest potential
Constructivism: We are going to create action plans & mindset changes that are in alignment with your current values so that taking action feels easy to you
Systemic approach: You are the expert of your own life and you already know and have everything you need in your current system to overcome procrastination and achieve your goals. Your current perception of yourself and your life will be respected and will be used as a resource to transform you into a goal achiever

I am not about the hustle culture and you won’t hear me say things like “don’t stop when you’re tired, stop when you’re done”. As a psychologist, your mental health is very important to me - I will help you find a way to take effective and fast action on your goal while still having time to enjoy other activities in your free time and get enough rest
